BEGIATNING at a point on the northerly side of the Main South
Road, he southwesterly corner of the premises herein described
adjoining land of William Wickham; running thence easterly and
yell along the northerly line of the Main South Road a distance of 102.9
feet to land late of Conrad Grabie; running thence northwesterly
