We informed Mrs. Cooke that the sketch approval which had been granted by the Planning Board on January 14, 1987, had expired (sketch approval expires after 6 months if no futher action is taken). Mrs. Cooke was told that a new application and application fee had no be submitted before the Planning Board would proceed with the subdivision. Mrs. Cooke submitted a new application, however she did not submit a new application fee. She is reluctant ~o submit an application fee until the road situation is clarified. This proposal is for a major subdivision and therefore the- Right-of-Way must be 50' in width. A copy of the Highway specifications is encloused for your review. The Planning Board will proceed with this application upon submission of the application fee. ~ If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contac5 this office. Very tru~ours, CHAIRMAN ?/ !
