Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because:
T is entire billock is developed on the basis of 50ft by 100ft lots
there is public water supply in area, and to deny this application would be c
an undue hardship.
2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because presently there are dwellings
built on property in dimensions less than that required by the current
zoning ordinance. This parcel is the largest undeveloped area in this
block.
3. 'The Variance would observ€ the spirit of the Ordinance and WOULD NOT CHANGE THE

CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because of the same reason specified in 2 above.
as this is a residential area, mostly of summer homes. The use proposed
will in no way change or harm the charicter of the area.
