by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release auto the party of the second part, the heirs or

York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly side of Sound Avenue
about 380 feet westerly along said southerly side from the point
where it would be intersected by the direct extension southerly
of the westerly side of Cox Neck Road, said point of beginning
being the northwest corner of land of Papish, from said point of
beginning thence along said land of Popish 2 courses as follows:
(1) South 210 491 2011 East 325.0 feet to a monument; thence (2)

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the sane premises conveyed to the
party of the second part by the party of the first part by deed
dated April 26, 1963 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on May 14, 1963 in Liber 5347 at page 155,
this being a correction deed to correct the first and fifth courses
therein.
