corporation having its principal office at 350 Main Street, Huntington, New York,
as successor by merger to The Long Island State Bank, as trustee under the
Last Will and Testament of W. Courtland Case, also known as William Courtland
_ I Case, deceased; PAULINE CASE, residing at 160 Sterling Street, Green port,
B a-. New York; and ARTHUR R. FOLSOM, residing at the Hamlet of Raymond, Maine;
Pauline Cage, residing at 160 Sterling Street, Greenport, New York, individually

party of the first part and ALEXANDER ZANIESKI and JOSEPHINE ZANIESKI, his

Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set at the northwesterly corner of land
conveyed to the parties of the second part by W. Courtland Case, L. Barron
Hill and Adelaide H. Hill by deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office
in Liber 1898 cp 400; from said point of beginning running thence N. 340 37'
00" W. - 780.00 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
thence along said ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound on a tie line
course N. 640 45' 30" E. - 508.45 feet to other land of the parties of the second
part; thence along said other land of the parties of the second part S. 370 04' 10"
E. - 751.00 feet to a monument; thence S. 540 57' 00" W. - 561.01 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
Said premises also being known as and bounded and described as follows:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and bang at
Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly corner of the premises about
to be described, distant the following 2 courses and distances from a monument
set for a bound in the northerly side of Oregon Road marking the southwest
corner of the land now or formerly of Sarah M. Garvey and the southeasterly
corner of the land now or formerly of William A. Herman, said monument
being approximately 1/4 mile west of Duck Pond Road;

2) North 370 041 10" west, 3222.28feet to said point of beginning;
running thence south 540 57' 00"west, 561.01 feet to a monument and
land now or formerly of A. Bonkoski;
thence northerly along said land now or formerly of Bonkoski, north 340
37' 00" west, 798 feet to the ordinary high water mark of the Long Island Sound;
thence along the ordinary high water mark of the Long Island Sound on
bearing north 640 451 30" east, 508.45 feet to a point and the land now or formerly
of William Herman;
