the office of the Clark of the County of Suffolk on September 8, 1965
under File No. 4453, and which said parts of lots are more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the easterly line of Cardinal Drive
which monument is located the following four courses and distances
from a monument set at the northeasterly terminus of an are of a
curve connecting the easterly line of Cardinal Drive with the southerly
line of Main Road; (1) On a curve to the left with a radius of 50.00
feet for a distance of 78.54 feet to a point- in the easterly line of
Cardinal Drive; (2) South 10 51' 40" East along the Easterly line of
Cardinal Drive 123-71 feet; (3) South 60 37' 10" West along the East-
erly side of.Cardinal Drive 153.71 feet; (4) Southerly on a curve to
the left with a radius of 209.99 feet for a distance along the easterly

at the northeasterly corner of Lot No. 9 as shown on said map; thence

westerly line of Lot No. 9 and of Lot No. 8 to a stake set in the
Easterly line of Cardinal Drive; thence Northerly on a curve to the
right with a radius of 209.99 feet along the easterly line of Cardinal
Drive 158.74 feet to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to Agreements, Covenants and Restrictions of record
affecting said premises.
This conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
executed by Edward Abitz as mortgagor to Southold Savings Bank as
mortgagee, which mortgage is dated September 17, 1965 and recorded
on September 17, 1965 in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk in Liber 4757 of mortgages at page 425, and on which mortgage
there is now due the sum of $17,217.22 and interest.
