direction along the Southerly Bide of Bungalow Lane to a concrete monument a distance
of 34.75 ft., thence in a Southerly direction a distance of 86,55 ft. to the North-
east corner of the land of SHIRLEY BEEBE. Said corner being at a point 75 ft. North
of the interseotion of Center Street into Bungalow Lane; thence in a Westerly direc-
tion along the land of SED=BEEBE a distance of approximately 115 ft, more or less.
Thin point being 75 ft. from Center Street; thence in a Northeasterly direction along
