WOLF, as residuary devisee of the Estate of J. Henry Wolf, residing at 5817 Shawnee Drive, Lake Worth, Florida, party of the first part,and CORA W. WOLF and ALICE W. CASE, as joint tenants with a right of survivorship, both residing at 5817 Shawnee Drive, Lake Worth, Florida, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being ip;}dg at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded Westerly by land late of Oliver Corey, deceased; Northerly and Easterly by land late of Benjamin Webb, deceased, and Southerly by the highway or Old Post Road, being 34 feet in width in front and rear and 85 feet deep more or less, and containing two thousand eight hundred and ninety feet. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to J. Henry Wolf by deed dated the 21st day of March, 1925, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on the 6th day of April, 1926, in Liber 1198 of Deeds, page 542.
