THIS INDENTURE,made the 15th day of December ,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven,
BETWEEN MARTIN WUERSTLIN, residing at Harbor Lane, Cutchogue,
New York,
and ANNETTE TEEVAN, his wife, both
iparty of the first part,and WILLIAM F. TEEVAN,/residing at 82 Turner Road,
Pearl River, New York, as tenants by the entirety as to an undivided
one-half interest, AND
MARIE A. TROST and AUDREY F. TROST, both residing at No. 1 Bronxville
Road, Bronxville, New York 10708, as joint tenants as to the remaining
one-half interest,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,doe hereby grant and release unto the party of the accord parr,the heirs
or succn son and assigns of the party of the second part former,
ALL that certain plot,piee or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvments duescav coastal,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Cutchogue, Suffolk County,
New York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of Harbor Lane
1,747.15 feet southerly along said line from the southerly line of
Main Road, running thence along the westerly line of Harbor Lane
South 25° 15' 30" East 110.00 feet to an iron pipe at an angle in
said Westerly line; thence South 68' 49' 40" West 140.36 feet to an
iron pipe; thence North 25° 15' 30" West 100.00 feet to an iron pipe;
thence North 64' 44' 30" East 140.00 feet to the wdsterly side of
Harbor Lane at the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to any state of facts that an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to covenants.. restrictions, easements, reservations and
agreements of record, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
Of the first part by deed from Chester Orlowski, dated October 9,
1964, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 19,
1964, in Liber 5635, page 01, and by deed from Dalchet Corporation,
dated October 9, 1964, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on October 19, 1964, in Liber 5635, page 71..
