lying and beings at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffmlk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument on the southerly side
of Westphalia Road where the division line between premises herein
described and land now or formerly of Codling Estate intersects the
said southerly side of Westphalia Road; running thence along said
Codling Estate, S. 160 31' East 56.40 feet to a monument and land
of Norman Wells and wife; running thence along said land of Wells,
S. 240 O1' 50" East 183.60 feet to land of Conrad B. Bullock, Jr.
and wife; running thence along said land of Bullock, two courses and
distances as follows: (1) S. 770 11' 10" W. 100 feet; thence
(2) N. 220 15' 00" W. 240.0 feet to the southerly Bide of Westphalia
Road; thence along the southerly side of Westphalia Road, North 770
24' East 100.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to Long Island Lighting Company easement running along
the easterly portion of said premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Con Bullock
and Eva Bullock to the grantees herein by deed dated October 23, 1961
Bud recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 30, 1961 in
Liber 5072, page 428, the said Con Bullock having died on February 28',
1962.
