WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the served part,does hereby grant and release..to the party of the seeovd part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,Piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffol Coun y, New York Imown and
designated as lot 230 on a map entitled "Amended Map of Nassau Point
owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc" surveyed June 28, 1922
by Otto 'Na Van Tuyl, C.E, and filed in Suffolk County Clerks office
under map file number 156 and also
a strip of land on said map described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the westerly line
of Wardneweta Road and the northerly line of Lot 229; running westerly
along the northerly line of Lot 229, 115 feet, more or lees, to
Wunneweta Pond; thence northerly along Winneweta Pond 15 feet, more
or leas, to the southerly line of Lot 230; thence easterly along
the southerly line of Lot 230, 115 feet, more or less, to the
westerly line of Wunneweta Road; thence southerly along the westerly
line of Wartneweta Road 15 feet more or less, to Lot 229 at the
point or place of beginning.
MARGARET RABO one of the Grantors herein is the same person as the
Grantee in the deed dated 9-21-45, recorded 1-5-46, in Liber 2517 page 576.
