Annabel Est.; thence along said land H. Annabel Est., South 500 421 20" West 80.04 feet; thence through Lot No. 54, North 400 581 40" West 168.23 ` feet to the southerly side of Track Avenue; thence along the southerly, side of Track Avenue, North 490 Olt 2011 East 80.0 feet to the point or ! place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a right of way thirty (30) feet in width running between Stillwater Avenue and Eugene Creek and being located opposite Track Avenue for access to and from Eugene Creek by foot only.
