New York, as tenants in common, each with an undivided one-third
interest, and not as joint tenants,

southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and at the
northwesterly corner of land of Mattituck Gun Club, Inc.; running
thence north 49° 1' 50" west along the easterly line of Cox Lane
345.40 feet to a monument and land row or formerly of Julius Skirel;
thence north 67° 37' 20" east along said last mentioned land

in a certain deed from Jesse L. Case. Josiah C. Case and Katherine
W. Case, his wife, to Michael Doroski, the deceased husband of
Mary Doroski, the party of the first part herein, which deed was
dated January 11, 1919 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on January 28, 1919 in Liber 974 of deeds at page 239.
