WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

tant 109,32 feet northerly from the point where the northerly side of
land of A.Strohson meets the easterly side of Strohson Road (Private); I
running thence along the easterly side of Stxohson Road north 5 degrees,:
05 minutes 40 seconds Fast 150 feot;xunning thence south 84 degrees 54
minutes 20 seconds East 195 feet to the ordinary highwatex mark of
Baldwins Greek as it existed on July 12,1961; running thence along said
ordinary highwatex mark in a Southerly direction to a point distant 170
feet from the point of Beginning measured on a course South 84 degrees

in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 2,1939
in libel 2060 ofdeeds at' page 366;and another deed made by Henrietta

of Deeds at page 363.
