RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of the wetland application ~228 submitted by En-Consultants, Inc. on behalf of Strong's Marine Center to construct retaining wall and backfill. ~Approval is recommended on the condition that all dredging done be at least 6 feet from existing spartina grass. RESOLVED to recommend to the Southold Town Trustees approval of the wetland application 9229 submitted by Carlo DeGaudenzi to construct bulkhead and install floating dock, ramp and maintenance dredge. Similar recommendations were also made by the Southold Trustees. The description of the project as amended is; "Construction of a timber dock consisting of a 95'x 4' fixed elevated catwalk, a 16'x 3' hinged ramp, and a 24'x 8' float. (2) 8" x 25' mooring piles will be installed approximately 16' east of float. Construct 110~ linear feet of timber bulkhead and (2) 25' returns all landward of the line of MI{W. Dredge an area 75'x 50' to maximum depth 7' below MLW. Approximately 450 cu.yds, of spoil will be removed and placed behind proposed bulkhead."
