BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by William A. Quicker and Alice Quicker, his wife, to Clarence L. Belz by deed dated the 22nd day of June, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 24, 1964 in Liber 5564 at page 342.
