THIS INDENTURE,made the 6th day of February ,nineteen hundred and sixty—seven

party of the first part,and
GENEVIEVE T. SHELTON, residing at 165 Dow Avenue, Mineola,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, situated
near Nassau Point, Peconic, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of Oak Drive
241.28 feet easterly along said northerly line from Haywaters
Drive, being thesoutheasterly corner of land now or formerly'
of Tannar; thence running along said land of Tannar, N 120
,r 08' 10" W. 151.35 feet to a stake; thence along other land now
or formerly of Mason N. 690 23' 50" E. 75.83 feet to a stake
and other land; running thence along said other land S. 12o
08'10" E. 151.35 feet to a stake on said northerly line of
Oak Drive; thence along said northerly line of Oak Drive S. 690
'23' 50" W.75.83 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by William
A. Quicker and Alice Quicker, his wife, to Clarence L. Belz by
deed dated the 22nd day of June, 1964 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on June 24, 1964 in Liber 5564 at page 342.
