bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the southerly line of Pike Street which
point bears South 740 22' 00" West along the said southerly line of
Pike Street a distance of 295.00 feet from a concrete monument set on
the southerly line of Pike Street at the northwesterly corner of lands
of Maneri, and which point also marks the northeasterly corner of lane
conveyed by Emilia T. Pike to John H. Rose and wife on June 29, 1957;
running thence in an easterly direction along the southerly line
of Pike Street, North 74° 22' 00" East a distance of 95.00 feet to the
westerly line of lands conveyed by Emilia T. Pike to Richard Charters
and wife on March 29, 1957;
running thence in a southerly direction along the westerly line
of said lands conveyed to Charters on a course which is parallel to
the easterly line of lands conveyed to John H. Rose and wife and is
95 feet therefrom a distance of 225.00 feet to the northerly line of
other lands now or formerly of Emilia T. Pike;
running thence in a westerly direction along the said northerly
line of said other lands now or formerly of Emilia T. Pike, South 74°
22' 00" West a distance of 95.00 feet to the easterly line of said
lands conveyed by Emilia T. Pike to John H. Rose and wife;
running thence in a northerly direction along the easterly line
of said lands conveyed to John H. Rose and wife a distance of 225.00
feet to the southerly line of Pike Street and the point or place of
BEGINNING.
A purchase money mortgage made by Elizabeth J. Romeo to John H. Rose
and Mary Louise Dohm in the amount of $4,000 as part consideration
for the purchase of the above-described premises, is intended to be
recorded simultaneously herewith.
