Marratooka Lane, 95 feet; thence along land now or formerly of McColl
(1) South 82° 37' 40" West, 250 feet and (2) South 61° 11' 10" West,
245 feet, more or less, to the shore of Marratooka Lake; thence
Northwesterly along the shore of Marratooka Lake, 40 feet, more or
