THIS INDENTURE,made the �.S day ,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven,
BETWEEN JOSEPH B. HANNABURY and MARY B. HANNABURY, his wife,
both residing at Oregon Road, Cutchogue, New York,
party of the first part,and ALEX J. RUSKOWSKI and DOROTHY E. RUSKOWSKI, his wife,
both residing at Smith Drive South, Southold, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
i sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being ixxl%, at East Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold,
fa County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the south-
easterly side of Oregon Road with the northeasterly side of Cox's
Lane; running thence North 45 degrees 26 minutes 50 seconds East,
along the southeasterly side of Oregon Road 222.47 feet; thence
South 48 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East, along land now or
formerly of Joseph B. Hannabury, 1174.00 feet; thence South 52
degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West, along land now or formerly
" of Julius Skirel, 230 feet to the northeasterly side of Cox's Lane
and thence North 48 degrees 18 minutes 50 seconds West, along the
northeasterly side of Cox's Lane, 1146.65 feet to the corner and
the point or place of BEGINNING.
