parcel 1.
All that certain piece parcel or tract of land situate, lying
in the Town of Southold, uffolk County, New York, bounded and -
described as follows:
Beginning at a monument set on the southerly side of Main Road -
where the said southerly side of the Main Road is intersected by the
westerly line of the premises described herein and the easterly line
of premises now or formerly owned by To Have and To Hold, Inc.,
and runninS thence along the said southerly side of the 1,4ain
Road North 55059,10" East 361.47 feet to a point in the said southerly
side of t:tain Road where the same is intersected by the westerly line
of the land now or formerly of S. Rysko and the easterly line of
the premises described herein,

1 in the deed of Serafine DeAlbertis to G. Leroy Wells dated

All that certain tract or parcel of land, or land and meadow,
situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
Bounded northerly by parcel 1 above and by lands now or
formerly of Howard Overton; easterly by woodland and meadow now
or formerly of Howard Overton; southerly by lands now or formerly
of George E. Tuthill, and westerly by lands now or formerly of
John B. Glover, Henry Horton and Oliver Goldsmith.
Being and intended to be the same premises described as
Parcel II in the deed of Serafina DeAlbertis to G. Leroy Wells
dated April 21, 1949 and recorded Liber 2942 op 270
