situate, lying and being in Jim Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and described as Lot #33 on a certain
map entitled," Captain Kidd Estates," filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk as Map #1672 on January 19, 1949..
Subject to approval of plans and specifications by the
