North, southerly along the westerly line of William A. Lindsay, known

said 22-acre parcel to Cox's .Neck Road and bounded briefly as follows:
COMMENCING at the intersection of the South line of Bergen Avenue
and the East line of the land of Chudiak and running thence easterly
along the South line of Bergen Avenue to lands of William A. Lindsay,
known as the 22-acre parcel and thence southerly along the West line
of said parcel to the Southwest corner, thereof and thence easterly
