WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of
One ($1.00) Dotter,lawful money of the United States,and other good sad valuable consideration paid
by the party Of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second
part, her heirs, successors and assigns forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being lmtme at Peconie, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stat
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bay Avenue, said point being
distant 35.88 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection

Road; thence from said point or place of beginning South 78 Degrees 36
,y inutes 51 seconds West 14.00 feet plus or minus to the approximate

Being a part of premises conveyed by RALpH w. STERLING to RAOUL L.
RIENDEAU by Deed dated August 9, 1949 and recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 12, 1949 in Liber 2980 of
Conveyances at page 222.
Theparties of the first part constitute all of the devisees and heirs at
law of the said RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue,Suffo IN
_ aunty, New York on 2/1/66, and whose Last will & Testament was duly pro
bated in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County, N.Y. on 3/14/66.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and alt the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premise herein granted onto the party of the second part,
her heirs, successors and adigro forever.
AND the party of the first pact,in compliance with Sermon 13 of the Len Law, coveaarb that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such con-
sideration as a trant fund to be applied for Ne purpose of paying the cost f the improvement and that party of the first part will apply the came first to the cost of thome the
