WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements proveents thereon erected,
situate,lying and bring 9xtiN at Peconic, in the Town of Southold, County of
SSuffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as followsr
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Lilac Lane, said point being
distant 272.16 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection
of the northerly line of Sterling Road and the easterly line of Lilac
Lane; thence from said point or place of beginning along the said
easterly line of Lilac Lane North 7 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West
100.00 feet to a point, said point being the corner formed by the inter-
section of the easterly line of Lilac Lane and the southerly line of
1 Lilac Lane; thence along the southerly line of Lilac Lane.North 69 degree-
48 minutes 50 seconds East 249"19 feet; thence South 23 degrees 50
minutes East 182.49 feet; thence South 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds

point or BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part, if any, in and to Lilac Lane in front and abutting said
premises.

{ "Map of Nassau Farms" filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
March 28, 1935 under file #1179..
The parties of the first part are the grandchildren named in the Last Wil.
& Testament of RAOUL L. RIENDEAU, who died a resident of Cutchogue,Suffol?
County, N.Y, which Last Will & Testament was duly probated in the Surro-
gate's Court of Suffolk Co., N.Y. on the 14th day of March, 1966.
Under Paragraph SECOND of said decedent's Last Will & Testament, the prop
erty which he owned in Nassau Farms, Peconic, near Cutchogue, Suffolk Co.,
N.Y., was devised to all of said grandchildren. The purpose of this Deed
is to sub-divide and allocate a portion of decedent's property to the
p party of the second part, to have and to hold the same, individually.
j TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the "late and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE.AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
