Being_ and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Jeremiah
C. Soper and Henrietta Soper, his wife, to Stanley Kujawski, by deed
dated September 19th, 1941 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's
Office on October 27, 1941 in Liber 2196 of deeds at page 595 and
being premises of which STANLEY KUJANSKI died seized and possessed of
intestate on February 14, 1964, a resident of Cutchogue, Suffolk
County, New York.
