LJKF 5970 mf 421 THIS INDENTURE,made the 14 day of June ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six BETWEEN JOHN P. KUJAWSKI, residing at Sound Avenue, Riverhead,New York, party of the first part,and JOHN P. KUJAWSKI and EDITH B. KUJAWSKI,- his wife, both residing at Sound Avenue, Riverhead, New York, as tenants in common and not as tenants by the entirety, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and rclon a unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the bwldings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being i� at or near West Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly by land now or formerly of George H. Riley; Easterly by land now or formerly of James R. Hallock, deceased, otherwise known as the Dayton Estate; Southerly by land now or formerly of Edward Buchak and Westerly by Aldrich Lane; also known as Elisha's Lane, containing 50 acres, be the same more or less, according to survey of Daniel R. Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, New York, dated June 1, 1933. Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to lands lying within the bounds of Aldrich Lane ad- joining the said premises. Subject to the rights of the Long Island Lighting Company set forth �^ in consent recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office September 9, 1924, in Liber 1108 cp 539. f..
