WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
Iyingandbtingialliz at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Southerly line of Sound

The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage
executed by Popish Equipment Corporation as mortgagor to Northport
Federal Savings and Loan Association as mortgagee, which mortgage is
dated June 28, 1963 and was recorded on July 2, 1963, in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office, in liber 14137 of mortgages at page 1499, and on
which mortgage there is now due the sum of $22,828.01, with interest
thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from December 31, 1965, and that
the grantee hereby assumes and covenants to pay such mortgage debt
and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyance.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,it any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances
