feet; thence along land of Mason, N. 110 171 20" W. 150.0 feet,
thence along other land of Masson and along land of Dickerson, N. 780
1121 40" E. 100.0 feet town iron pipe and land of Moises; thence along
said land of Moisa and along said land of Deerkoski, S. 11" 171 20"
E. 150.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Felix W.
Bialeski and Irene F. Bialeski, his wife, to Joseph W. Zuhoski by deed

July 3, 1963 in Liber 5373 of deeds at page 27.
THIS CONVEYANCE hereunder is subject to two certain mortgages execut.
ed by Felix W. Bialeski and Irene F. Bialeski, his wife, to Southold
Savings Bank and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
. in Liber 2700 of mortgages at page 480 and Liber 3217 of mortgages at
Page 297, on which said mortgages there is now due and unpaid the
L sum of $9,881,02 with interest thereon at the rate of five and
one-half (50) per oentom per annum from the date hereof, and the
grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and _
