running thence from said pointof beginning along land of Hansen
and Meyer South 830 51' 20" West 124.75 feet to land now or formerly
of 'Charles Jaeger; -
thence along land now or formerly of Jaeger North 120 08' 00"
West 168.50 feet to a concrete monument on the southerly side of
Fleetwood Road which said monument in turn is situate 170.50 feet
in a northwesterly direction along the southerly side of Fleetwood

near Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Fleetwood Road where
same is intersected by the northerly side of land conveyed to Andree

thence along land now or formerly of Kiefer north 850 57' 20" east
270 feet to the ordinary high water mark of East Creek;
thence in a southerly direction along the ordinary high water mark
of East Creek to a point where same is intersected by the extension
of the northerly side of land of Andree Jensen;
