THIS INDENTURE,made the 20th days of May ,nineteen hundred and sixty-six O BETWEEN WILLIAM D. CHAMBERS, residing at 2676 East 24th Street H: Brooklyn, New York, party of the first part,and PETER V. IZZO, residing at 919 Harlane Circle, North Bellmore, New York, « aB party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con- sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situation,lying and being iRTbe near Nassau Point, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as part of Lot No. 35, on a certain map entitled, York"offNassau the Farms, situate at Peconic, Suffolk County, New office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 28, 1935 as Map No. 1179, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Pine Tree Road which is distant 210 feet southerly as measured along the westerly side of Pine Tree Road from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Bittersweet Lane and the westerly side of Pine Tree Road, which point of beginning is intended to be the point of intersection of the division line between lots 35 and 36 and the westerly side of Pine Tree Road; RUNNING thence South 800 14' 40" West along said last mentioned division line a distance of 140.55 feet to the land now or formerly of A. Quicker; THENCE North 180 24' 20" West along said last mentioned lands 64.95 feet to the division line between lots 34 and 35; THENCE North 780 01' 50" East along said last mentioned division line a distance of 145.49 feet to the westerly side of Pine Tree Road, THENCE South 130 48' 20" East along the westerly side of Pine Tree Road 70 feet to the point or place of beginning. SUBJECT to an easement of right-of-way over the southerly side of the premises above described for the benefit of premises lying to the rear of described premises. SUBJECT to a Mortgage now held by The North Fork Bank and Trust Company, having a principal balance due and owing of $7,804.53, with interest thereon at the rate of 6% from the 22nd day of April, 1966, which the purchaser hereby agrees to assume and pay. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
