BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of Bungalow Lane,
distant 207.32 feet, northwesterly from the corner formed by the inter-
section of the northeasterly side of Bungalow Lane and the northerly
side of Park Avenue; running thence North 520 241 West along the
northeasterly side of Bungalow Lane 169.88 feet to lan$ formerly of
Snediker, now or formerly of Saunders; thence North 73 Oly' East 315
feet to the mean high water mark of Deep Hale (Gardiner's Creek;
thence southeasterly along the mean high water mark of Deep Hole
Creek 97.24 feet to land formerlg of W. Raynor Wickbam, now or for-
merly of Gerken; thence South 62 29t West along paid land now or
formerly of Gerken 252 feet to the northeasterly side of Bungalow Lane
at the point or place of beginning.
The purchaser, by signing this instrument, hereby assumes a mortgage
held by Security National Bank of Long Island, on which remains un-
paid the principal balance of $10,723.69, with interest at the rate
of 5-3/4% per annum from the lst day of April, 1966.
