ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,� 1 � !` situate,
lying and beings at Mattituck, In the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
end State of Now York, and being more fully bounded and described as
followB:-
BEGINNING at a point on the wostorly lino of Olojulo Lane 940.76
foot, more or less, southerly along said westerly line from land of
Maurice King and being 1955 foot, more or less, southerly from Now
Suffolk Avenue, said point of beginning being the southeast cornor
of land conveyed or about to be convoyed to Xavier James Rochel and
hlarcolla Rochel, his wife; from said point of beginning running along
said westerly line of Olojule Lane 125 foot; running thence along other
land now or formerly of the party of the first part 165 foot, more or
less, to a point 10 feet westerly from the easterly edge of a proposed
dredged canal; running thence northerly on a line 10 feet westerly,
more or less, from said easterly edge 75 foot, more or loss; running
thence in an easterly direction along lands conveyed or about to be
conveyed to Rochel a distance of 200 feet, more or less, to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interost of the party of the
first part, if any, in and to Olejplo lane in front of and adjacent
to the above described promises to the center lino thereof.
TOGETHER with a right of way, if any, over a certain 25 foot private
road leading from the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue southerly
to Pec onic Bay..
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed use of the channel lying in
front of and adjacent to said promises.
Being and intended to be a portion of the promises heretofore con-
voyed by Leslie R. Bermingham to the party of the first part b dead
dated Januar 24, 1944 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clork's Office
in Libor 233 of Deeds at page 444 on January 25, 1944 c 4:41 P.M.
