with the easterly line of said Westview Drive, said point of beginning
being the northeasterly corner of land of Moisa, from said point of
beginning running thence along said land of Moisa and passing through
a monument, South 780 42, 4011 West 190 feet to the ordinary highwater
mark of Mattituck Creek; thence northerly along said highwater mark
of Mattituck Creek a tie line course and distance of North 30 171 1011
East 103.32 feet to land of Marks; thence along said land of Marks
and passing through a monument, North 780 421 40" East 164 feet to a
monument on said westerly line of Westview Drive; and running thence
along said westerly line of Westview Drive, South 110 17E 20" East
100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record affecting said
premises.
