Surveyor, Greenport, New York, t �. dated 6/22/22 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922 as Map 156," with the ordinary high water line of Great Peconic Bay; running thence N. 640 22' 10" E. along the northerly line of said West Bay Road 177 feet, more or less, to a SII point of curve where the said northerly line of said West Bay Road p joins the westerly line of Lowland Road; running thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 86 feet along the line of Lowland Road 102.07 feet to a point of reverse curve, the chord of said curve being 96.18 feet and running N. 300 22' 10" E. from the first mentioned point of curve; running thence on a curve to the right having a radius of. 196 feet along the westerly line of Lowland Road as said Lowland Road is shown on the map above referred to 54.05 feet (Continuation of Description - See Rider) r 6005 96 RIDER T.0 DEED FROM MARGARET V. Grabie, the chord of said last mentioned curve being 55.88 feet; and thence N. 5° 16' 20" E. from the point of tangent of said reverse curve; running thence S. 64° 22' 10" W. along other land of Walter C. Grabie 525 feet, more or less, to the line of ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay; running thence in a southeasterly direction along the line of ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay 108 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to the land lying below the line of ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay adjacent to the premises hereinabove described.
