map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
January 25, 1927, as Map No. 175.
Grantor herein is the same person as the Grantee in the Deed
dated October 6th, 1951, filed October 27th, 1951 Doc #28636
Certificate #17782.
DOLORES MAC ELHEARN, the grantee herein, obtained
her title from MARY ALICE CARD by Deed dated 10/6/51, filed
10/27/51 Docket #28636 Certificate #17782.
