BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of Stillwater Avenue
2089,59 feet southerly along said easterly line from Main Road, said
point of beginning being the northwesterly corner of land conveyed to
George Pontiac, from said point of beginning running along said east-
erly line of Stillwater Avenue north 460 24' 40" west 100 feet; thence
along land of Hand two courses as follows: (1) north 440 311 00" east
150 feet; (2) south 460 241 40" east 100 feet to said land of Pontine;
thence along said land of Pontine south 44n 311 00" west 150 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 30 feet in width for aceess between Still-
water Avenue and Eugene Creek over a parcel designated as Reserved
Plot A, on Mau of Section 2, uroperty of M. S. Hand, and filed as
71280.
