Talbot, from said point of beginnSng running along said northerly
line of Deep Hold Drive, North 83 20' 40" West 105.0 feet to land
co$veyed by Zaleski to Dean, thence along said land of Dean, North

Creek Estates," filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as map
#4256. thence along said lot 4 and along land of the Town of South-
old, South 83020'40" East 95.0 feet to land conveyed or about to be
