OLMSTED, JR. and ROBERT OLMSTED, all residing at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York, parties of the second part; W I T N E S S E T H: THAT the party of the first part in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 ----------------------------(81.00) Dollar so said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof doth hereby grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that piece or parcel of land situate at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northwest corner of the premises of the parties of the second part at ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek as of 1947 adjoining land of Guiler on the west; running thence along said land of Guiler N. 27° wa S0" - 35 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek; running thence along ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek in a south- easterly direction; thence in a southerly direction; thence in a southeasterly direction 700 feet, more or less, to lend of Suffolk County; running thence in a southwesterly direction along said land of Suffolk County 50 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of Westphalia Road; running thence northwesterly along the easterly line of Westphalia Road 150 feet to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek as of 1947; running thence along ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek as of 1947 northerly, ly northerly, northeasterly, southeasterly, norther , and northwesterly 1000 feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
