comer of Lot #96; running thence along the westerly line of Lot
#96 North 3 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds East, 144.54 feet to the
Southwest corner of Lot #81; running thence through lot #80 South
86 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West 181.92 feet to the easterly
line of Lot #79; running thence along the easterly line of Lot #79
South 3 degrees DD minutes East 121.32 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
All reference to lot numbers above being partof "Map of
Captain Kidd Estates".
