SUBILCT TO a first mortgage now a lien on the premises dated the 12th day of
November, 1965 and s.xecuted by Agnea D. McOuomigle in favor of Tera Lomaki,
originally in the amount of$40,000.00 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on the 17th day of November, 2965 in Yolwme 4808 of
mortgages at page 496, on which there is presently due and owing the am of
$38,000.00 together with interest at the rate of 5%from the tat day of July,
