V.ANECEK, his wife, both residing at 13 Woodland Street, East Islip, New York, hereinafter collectively known as partyofthefirMpart,and ISIDOR AUERBACH and GERALDINE AUERBACH, his wife, both residing at 511 East 48th Street, Brooklyn, New York, hereinafter collectively known as party of the second pact, WITNESSETH,that the party of the firet part, in Consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable Con- sideallon paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the Second part,the heirs or auccessor,and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying and being kAk at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 386 on a certain map entitled "Map of Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc., Section D" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on May 7, 1926 as Map No. 806. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by George E. Meech by deed dated August 8, 1960 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on September 29, 1960 in Liber 4881 of Deeds at page 293. SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING: (1) Such state of facts as an accurate survey may show; (2) Covenants, restrictions, reservations and utility easements of record, if any, as the same may affect the prem- ises; (3) Zoning ordinances and building regulations of the Town of Islip.
