HUBERT HOOKEY and DORA HOOKEY, his wife,
both residing at:L. Box#613, Water Road, Rocky Point, New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinat Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as Lot #24 on a certain snap entitled,"Map of
Subdivision for Mattituck Estates, Inc., Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, dated May 51 1965 and July 19, 1965, Alden W. Young, P.E. &
L.S." and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September
8, 3.965 as Map No. 4459.
Party of the first part reserves the fee to the street or streets adjoining said
premises for the purpose of dedication of said street or streets to the Town of
Southold; the party of the first part grants unto the parties of the second part
the right of ingress and egress upon and over the said street or streets.
Subject to covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements and
agreements of record, if any.
MEMEM Subject to any state of facts that an accurate survey may show.
This deed is made in the normal course of business of Mattituck
Estates, Inc., and said conveyance has been made with the unani-
mous consent in writing of all the stockholders of the party of
the first part.
