TOGETHER with a right of way for ingress and egress over the unnamed street shown on the Map of Salt Lake Village, filed May 10, 1940 as Map No. 1310, and over Old Salt Road to Salt Lake Lane (Rochelle Place). 'For purposes of identification the unnamed street above mentioned commences at the southwest corner of premises above described and traverses the Map aforesaid between Lots 8 to 14 inclusive as shown on said Map. TOGETHER with a right of way over the path as shown on said Map:from Old Salt Road to Salt Lake Village Beach, and to the use of said beach in common with other lot owners to whom the same may be granted for bathing and boating. TOGETHER with an easement to use The Commons, yacht basin, the village Dock and Boat Lending and two paths leading thereto from the flag pole circle, subject to the use of the same in common by any or all owners of numbered lots shown on said map and others to whom the same may be granted. SUBJECT to a mortgage executed by Julius W. Helbing to the Southold Savings Bank in the sum of $20,000.00 and interest, dated May 11, 1967, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 23, 1967 in Liber 5153 of mortgages at page 260, on which said mortgage there is now due and owing the sum of $19,692.38 and interest, which said party of the second part agrees to assume.
