BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the premises about to be described where
the same adjoins land now or formerly of the Irving Freeman Estate, which
Point is distant 627.41 feet northerly from the point formed by the intersection
of the northerly side of the Main Road and the westerly side of Factory Avenue,
and running thence westerly, along said land now or formerly of the Freeman
Estate, a distance of 191,11 feet to land now or formerly of the William
Tuthill Estate and a monument set in the ground; thence northerly, along the
land belonging to the Tuthill Estate, a distance of 100,48 to land of Elizabeth
J. Biggs and a stake set in the ground; thence in a northeasterly direction,
along the land of Biggs, a distance of 196,24 feet to the westerly side of
Factory Avenue; thence southerly, along the westerly side of Factory Avenue,
a distance of 129.02 feet to said land of the Freeman Estate, the point or
Place of beginning,

part by deed made by Leroy S. Reeve dated August 1, 1925, recorded February
28, 1927, liber 1225 of conveyances, page 435.
