THIS INDENTURE,made the j h�- day of March ,nineteen hundred and Sixty-seven,
BETWEEN LORRAINE McKAY, residing at Cutchogue, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and FRANK Mc GEE, residing at Cutchogue, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the part), of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the eccnd part, docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being iexbe at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly line or side of
Little Neck Road with the northerly side of a Private Road and
thence running northerly along the easterly side of Little Neck
Road 115.51 feet to other land now or formerly of Strohson; thence
easterly along other land now or formerly of Strohson a distance of
150 feet to a point; thence southerly along other lands now or
formerly of Strohson a distance of 154.87 feet to the northerly side
of said Private Road, and thence westerly along the northerly side
of said Private Road a distance of 156.51 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a free and unobstructed right-of-way over the said
Private Road to Little Neck Road, and all right, title and interest
of the party of the first part in and to Little Neck Road to the
center line thereof.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to any meadows adjoining said premises.
