Trustees, and in pursuance of Chapter 615 of the Laws of
New York, passed in 1893 and in pursuance of a written resolu-
N-1 tion adopted by a majority of the Board of Trustees of said Town
Of Southold at a meeting held pursuant to notice duly given to
all members thereof on the (,

the first part, and MARY W. MacNISH and RUTH M. LESSARD, resid-
ing at Mattituck, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York,
parties of the second part;
W I T N E S S E T H:
THAT the party of the first part in consideration of the

so said Town duly paid before the delivery hereof doth hereby
grant, bargain, sell and release unto the said parties of the
second part, their heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate at Mattituck,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwest corner of
the premises of the parties of the second part at
ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek as of
1947, adjoining land of Frederick D. Olmsted, Jr.
and Others on the west; running thence along said
land of Olmsted N. 400 33' 50" E. - 100 feet, more
or less, to ordinary high water mark of Mattituck
Creek; running thence in a southeasterly direction
along ordinary high water mark of Mattituck Creek
185 feet, more or less, to land of Guiler; running
thence along said land of Guiler S. 34" 07' 40" W.-
50 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark
of Mattituck Creek as of 1947; running thence along
said high water mark of Mattituck Creek as of 1947
northwesterly 199 feet, more or less, to the point
or place of beginning.
