property about to be described, thence running in a southeasterly
direction along GrandBoulevard 118.57 feet; thence southerly along
Grand Boulevard 92.83 feet; thence in a westerly direction along the
property now or formerly of Gustav Bayer 23 feet; more or less, which
is part of the southern boundary of Lot $57; thence northwesterly along
land now or formerly of Luise Bayer 165 feet, more or less, to Bayer
Road, thence northeasterly along Bayer Road 75 feet, to the point or
place of beginning.
