PARCEL II Also, an undivided one-half interest in and to ALL that tract or parcel of land situate near Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, adjoining land of John Sledziesky and wife on the North and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the northwesterly cornerofland of John Sledziesky and wife; and running thence North 22. 25' West 1002 feet to high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence North 72° 07' East 50 feet; thence South 22° 25' East 1002 feet along land of Darlington to'a monument set in the northerly side of land of John Sledziesky and wife; thence South 72° 7' West 50 feet to the point or place of beginning. Containing about one and one-tenth (1.1) acres. Together with a right-of-way over the northerly part of the land of John Sledziesky and wife to the second parcel hereinbefore described, said right-of-way being described in a deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 1163, page 90 on January 13, 1926 and a further right-of-way over the northerly part of land of John Sledziesky and wife described in deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4914, page 471 on December 1, 1960. The party of the second part has simultaneously herewith executed and delivered a purchase money mortgage in the sum of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND ($45,000.00) DOLLARS intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
