THIS INDENTURE,made t7ie 11th day of September,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven,
BETWEEN MATTITUCK ESTATES, INC., a New York corporation with its
principal place of business at Main Road, Mattituck, New York,
party of the first part,and JOHN E. LOVELL and EMMA SUE LOVELL, his wife,
both residing at Cardinal Avenue, Mattituck, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being iwft at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known and described as Lot No. 12 on a certain map
entitled "Mattituck Estates, Inc.", filed in the Office of the
i� Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 8, 1965, as Map No. 4453.
