TOGETHER with a right-of-way thirty (30) feet in width
running between Stillwater Avenue and Eugene Creek and being located
EMEMEOM opposite Track Avenue for access to and from Eugene Creek by foot only.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Kenneth
Coleco and Mary Coleco, by deed from Michael S. Hand and Margaret B.
Hand, his wife, dated August 27th, 1955, and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on January 5th, 1966, in Liber 5889 of deeds at
